I completed a two year Dip. Massage and Clinical Sports Therapy at New Zealand Collage of Massage in 2004.
Throughout my studies I worked extensively with top sports teams such as the Auckland Blues Rugby and the Soccer Knights. I continued on to work with NZ Cricket, Waikato NPC and Chief squads and the NZ Maoris, and have been a massage provider for High Performance Sport New Zealand since 2013.
I have experience working in a range of places, including 5 star resorts, gyms and private practise. I have been working and touring with the Rowing New Zealand elite team since 2013. This has provided me with amazing opportunities to travel to some beautiful parts of the world and work along side other health care professionals that are top in their industries.
Providing the best possible service is important to me and I attend industry seminars and training courses annually to learn new techniques.
I enjoy working with active clients from Ironmen and marathon runners to the casual runner or walker.
I believe home care e.g. stretches and strength work and exercises are an integral part of any persons recovery and training. I’m passionate about what I do and look forward to helping you achieve your goals.

Chanelly Orupe (Nelly )
I have practiced relaxation massage and gained a certificate at the Windermere campus in Tauranga, NZ - 2010, and have work experience as a massage therapist in Australia.
After moving home I was fortunate to work for a Māori organisation in the Health Promotion Services, trained to facilitate and lead programmes, co-ordinate events with the best intentions to provide the best service for whānau.
Working in that space for 5 years, I committed each year to attend classes twice a week and one weekend a month as Self care. I would explore disciplines of arts and traditional Māori practices through my mahi and Te Wānanga o Aotearoa. The remaining weekends were mostly filled with Kapa Haka trainings for competitions, events and special occasions.
Over a decade later in 2021, I decided to increase my student loan and successfully completed the bachelor of Sports and Therapeutic massage with extensive education in postural analysis, flexibility, mobility of the human body and more.
I hope to provide beneficial massage treatments acknowledging the well-being of different lifestyles along the way, with the best outcome.

Sarah McHardy
Hi, my name is Sarah,
I have a love for natural medicine in particular naturopathy, herbal and vibrational medicine. I came on board at Touch massage this year after completing my therapeutic massage qualification at Toi ohomai. My passion and focus is in assisting people to slow down, rebalance and restore their energy.
I have observed how our growing fast-paced and over-stimulated environment can affect people not only in their physical body but their mental and emotional bodies also. My approach to massage is to create a deep relaxing and restorative experience. When the body is relaxed and the mind is at peace, a lot of healing can take place. I look forward to assisting those who wish to utilise therapeutic massage as a tool for their regular self care and wellbeing.
